Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, according to our 60 Days Full Money Back Guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in a brand-new condition, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that Go Iced reserves the right to charge restocking fees or deductions from the refund amount if these instructions are not followed and/or for damaged products.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee or flavors) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@goiced.co.

Please do not initiate a return at the expeditor's address, since this address is a warehouse operated by Amazon Fulfillment and does not accept mail-in. Failure to do so may result in no refund, please be aware.

If your return is accepted, you have to send the item at the address we will provide. The customer must pay for the shipping costs to send the item back. They can either pay the return at a local post office, or they can use a shipping label we provide at a discounted rate. If second option is chosen, the price of the shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We have a 365 days exchange policy, according to our 1 Year Limited Warranty, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Please note that damages resulting from bad or wrong usage are not covered by our 1 Year Limited Warranty, please read the instructions manual carefully to prevent this.

Our 1 Year Limited Warranty does not cover appearance defects resulting from usage, such as scratches, marks or other imperfections that could occur over time.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue. If our 1 Year Limited Warranty applies, we will send you a new product for free. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process the request, excluding shipping time.

If we receive the item not as described in the exchange request, resulting in the 1 Year Warranty not applying, we must send you the same item back, and you are responsible for the cost of both shipping labels.
