I ordered a Go Iced unit and immediately had issues with the water tank leaking all over my counter and floor. I contacted customer service on a Monday and had a new machine by Friday. I’ve had zero issues with this new one and I love it! Makes really tasty iced coffee, really quickly. And the customer service can’t be beat; best experience I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely recommend!
